This service fits concrete, building exteriors, loading areas, storefront approaches and other approved exterior surfaces needing soil, grease, growth or graffiti treatment. Treatments like gum, organic growth, efflorescence or graffiti removal are only offered where the surface, product and capability are approved for that specific case — this isn't a blanket exterior restoration service.
Scope and method
Work is scoped across pressure-washing, surface-cleaner and soft-wash branches appropriate to concrete, masonry, siding and other approved exterior surfaces. A test area confirms the right method before full treatment, and detergents plus grease/oil pretreatment are applied where needed. Gum, organic growth, efflorescence or graffiti treatment is only performed where approved for that surface and product. Drainage and water recovery, pedestrian and vehicle control, height/lift access, and overspray control are all part of the plan, along with protection of surrounding property and clear disclosure of any damage or result limitations up front.
