MANTERA is an integrated building solutions company backed by an established Calgary commercial service operation. We help organizations manage essential facility services with less complexity through practical experience, responsive communication, accountable execution and one dependable standard.
MANTERA carries general liability insurance, an employee dishonesty bond, and WCB coverage.
Where We Came From
MANTERA was built from the ground level of the service industry. Its founders, Manminder Singh and Harsimran Singh, developed their experience through frontline work, supervision, customer service, employee management and direct business ownership. That experience created a practical understanding of what building managers need from a service partner: dependable people, clear communication, capable supervision and work that is completed as promised.
In 2023, the founders established and grew a Calgary commercial-cleaning operation within the Modern franchise system. They began without an inherited team or customer portfolio and personally handled cleaning, scheduling, recruitment, inspections and customer concerns. The operation grew into a multi-site team serving varied commercial environments across Calgary and selected Alberta markets.
In 2026, the founders transitioned from the franchise system and carried that experience into the independent MANTERA brand. MANTERA was created in August 2026 to support a larger vision: bringing building services, supplies and equipment support together through one accountable organization.
The MANTERA name begins with real operating experience, but its meaning must be earned through execution. The company is being built around a simple principle: customers should spend less time coordinating vendors, repeating instructions and chasing unresolved work. MANTERA takes ownership, communicates clearly and applies one dependable standard to every service it accepts.
What We Believe
Facility services should reduce coordination burden, not add to it. Every accepted scope moves through The Mantera Standard (Walkthrough, Proposal, Mobilize, Verify, Improve) so expectations stay clear from the first visit through ongoing delivery. Cleaning, specialty work, supplies and equipment rentals are coordinated through one accountable MANTERA relationship, under one company, one relationship and one dependable standard.

Managing Director
Leads company direction, sales, business development, finance, marketing, strategic partnerships and expansion planning. His experience spans frontline cleaning, supervision, commercial service ownership and customer development.
Harsimran Singh
Director of Operations
Leads daily operations, employee management, scheduling, service delivery, quality control, training coordination and resource planning. His role is to ensure customer commitments become dependable operational results.

MANTERA is based in Calgary, where the head office and the deepest service catalogue sit. From Unit 1, 1313 44 Street NE, the team supports commercial facilities across the Calgary region and the approved Alberta markets listed on the Service Areas pages. Local ownership means decisions, supervision and follow-up stay close to the work.
